Good meal! Love my breakfast buffet, delicious miso with mackerel and ume, scrambled eggs and slightly overburnt toaststhe waitstaff are all very friendly. Decor? I really like the blue satiny chairs and the cat paintings!

超しっとり系のジューシーローストポーク。 カーブスや香月珈琲などを展開する運営会社のカフェ＆コワーキングスペース。 銀座7丁目の銀座中央通りから花椿通りを築地方面に入って少し先のビルの２階。 平日の12時20分頃。 6人で伺うと奇跡的に８人がけくらいのテーブルが空いており即入店。 店内は開放的で広く席数もそこそこ多い。 ランチは6種類でサラダバー＆ドリンクバーが付いてくる。 メニューの1番上を飾るのは｢厚切りローストポーク｣。 写真から伝わるその肉厚具合に惹かれ、他には目もくれずに注文。 ▪厚切りローストポーク 1,350円(税込) ・低温調理でしっとり仕上げ ・赤ワインソースorジンジャーソース ・ライスorパン(ライス大盛り無料) ・サラダバー＆ドリンクバー付き 赤ワインソース，ライス大盛りでお願いする。 サラダとドリンクを調達しておかわりもしつつメインが来るのを待つ。 注文から20分ほどで提供される。 美しい淡いピンク色の表面から見てわかるほどに浮き出る肉汁を潤沢に溜め込んだ超しっとりなお肉。 肉質を壊さずに低温で火入れされており、ナイフを前後に動かし繊維を断ち切るようにカット。 柔らかく繊細な肉からはジュワッと肉汁が溢れ出る。 まず何もつけずに肉の味を愉しむ。 きめ細やかで上品な舌触りに肉自体の旨味もダイレクトに感じられる。 あとは、甘味を残した脂と赤ワインソースを纏わせて味を際立たせる。 しっかり焼いた香ばしい肉の方がご飯に合う気がしていたが、これはこれでソースと肉の旨味でご飯がめちゃ進む。 大盛りライスもペロリと完食。 またひとつ、肉好きには堪らないランチと出会ってしまった。 お店の雰囲気も良いので是非また食べに来たい。

会社の先輩にランチに誘っていただき行ってきました。 ランチは、ナポリタンやチキンドリア、ハンバーグプレート等6種類ほどあって、ドリンクバー（アイスがオレンジジュースやアップルジュース等7種類、ホットはコーヒーのみだと思います）とサラダも付いて1,100円。今回はハンバーグプレートを注文。今日は味噌ソースという珍しいソースで、温玉がソースをまろやかにしてかなり美味しかったです。他のランチも食べてみたいと思いました。 また、こちらはWi-Fiも電源もあり、複合機なども利用できるいわゆるワーキングスペースとしても利用できるそうで、その場合はドリンクバー付き？で1時間550円と書いてあった気がします。かなり落ち着けそうで良いお店を紹介してもらえたなと喜んでます。

初訪問です。午前11時40分あたりに入店 12時00分あたりにはほぼ満卓でした。おすすめのお肉をチョイス 1,350円でサラダやカフェがフリーです。付け合わせのポテトフライがとても美味しかったです。 強いて言うなればフリー Wi-Fi が、めちゃくちゃ遅いです。
